Located halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, the village of Scotts Head is a popular tourist destination located on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Club Scotts has been an integral part of the community for over 40 years and prides itself on fostering a socially inclusive culture.
History of the Club
The first bowls green opened in 1959, two years later the original clubhouse was built in 1961. As the club grew a second green opened in 1977.
Since 1988, the Club has undergone multiple renovations with the most recent including a new facade, undercover disabled parking, children’s play area including basketball hoop, handball court and futsal, various environmental and safety upgrades as well as new bathrooms.
In 2022, the Swell Bistro was added to the Club’s facilities.
