Club Scott’s constitution has recently been reviewed by Piggot Stinson, in order to bring it into line with the recently amended Registered Clubs Act and the Corporations Act, it also includes some proposed changes to align with Best Practices within the industry. The latest constitution revision was approved at the 2023 AGM.
